The correct answer to the Front Handspring Full quiz is the skill is first legal in Junior/Senior Restricted 5. A rule change was made for the upcoming 2017-18 season that will allow front Baranis and front fulls to be performed in Restricted 5.
Exception: Simultaneous front flipping and twisting may be performed if executed from a running entry or from a front handspring and does not exceed 1 twisting rotation.
(ie. Front Baranis, front full up to one twist with no additional skills are legal)
Please note these front twisting skills are not allowed in Youth 5 and no tumbling can occur after the twisting skills. The video below would be Illegal in Restricted 5 due to the round off following the front full.
